Hello!

We recently just updated our site and noticed now that Rank Math is showing at the bottom, but we aren’t able to drop it down. We have tried the drop down arrows so that we can add SEO to our listings. Please let me know what we need to do in order to get this back?

Thanks for contacting us, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

It seems that you have missed adding your WordPress dashboard login information in the sensitive data section. Could you please check?

Sorry to be a pain, but is there anyway someone can look into this today or tomorrow. We have multiple posts/listings being added to our site and every day that goes by I fall more behind with adding the SEO to these listings.

Hello,

I checked your site and it seems the plugin Permalink Manager Pro causing conflict with Rank Math.

However, as I can see both Rank Math and Permalink Manager Pro is not the updated one. Please update the plugins to see if that resolves the issue. If that doesn’t, I’d suggest you to get in touch with Permalink Manager Pro support to see if they can fix the issue for you.
