Back to your issue, in order to include Tag Archives on your sitemap, please ensure that your Tag Archives are set to index. You can check that by heading over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Post: Tags.

I can see that your sitemap is now working well also your /post_tag-sitemap.xml

Hi,
we already said that we are not using any website cache
and the sitemap is working because we refreshed the sitemap chance (changed links from 199 to 200) as this was mentioned in our first message
when we refresh sitemap cache it works for some time but after some time it gone.

If flushing the sitemap cache fixes the issue (change links per sitemap/permalinks), then your sitemap is still getting cached.
In this case, you may need to exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your server-level caching. Please get in touch with your web host to exclude your sitemaps from the caching services.
