Dear Sir,

I am facing the problem in FAQ –
https://apnadigitalkendra.com/faq-filing-of-itr-1-sahaj-form/

Rich Results Test:
Missing field “url” (optional).
Missing field “name” optional.

Please Help, how to solve above issues observed in Rich Results Test.
