    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    One of the most prominent ways (in our experience), is the date shown by the theme on the page. Google usually picks and shows the date they see in the content itself and show it in the SERPs. Meaning, that if you have a visible date on your content, that will be picked up by Google and displayed beside the snippets.

    Since this can not be controlled by an SEO plugin, we do not show the date even in the SERP preview.

    As Rank Math does not add the post date on the front end, and this value exists on your theme, we suggest you get in touch with the theme developers regarding this.
