Hello,
Thanks for contacting us, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Our dev team released a Beta version of the plugin that improves the Analytics module and makes the data import process run much smoother.
Please try updating to the latest beta version of Rank Math by following this guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/version-control/#beta-updates
Once you’re in beta version of Rank Math, please head over to WordPress dashboard > Tools > Scheduled Actions > Pending.
or you can try visiting the following URL:
https://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/tools.php?page=action-scheduler&status=pending
Run the rank_math/analytics/data_fetch scheduled action and wait for the data fetch to complete.
This is how it should look like:
After that, please allow Rank Math a while to fetch data from Google Analytics and you should be able to see the updated data on Rank Math Analytics dashboard.
Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Hi,
Thanks for your reply. I tried this. I set the option to see the Beta software, but none was listed for the plugin. However I noticed that the software level had gone up automatically overnight from 1.0.105 to 1.0.106 so I thought maybe that Beta version had gone live??? The data_fetch task is still not listed as a pending task so I clicked the Update Data Manually button and again got zero results. I tried disconnecting from Google Services and re-connecting and pressed the Update Data Manually button again and this time it has produced some data.
There are still a couple of issues. The data appearing on the Rank Math analytics is very different from what appears in Google Search Console. In Rank Math it says we have 1 search click and 2.52K impressions. In Google Search Console for the same period it says we have 19 search clicks and 6.87K impressions. Individual keywords are also showing different numbers for impressions. I’m not 100% sure that all the pending tasks ran successfully (i.e. the ones that show individual pages’ names). Because I was keeping an eye on them and at one point we seemed to have lots more to run – over 100 – and suddenly there was just one pending task left, the monthly reporting one. So I’m not sure what happened there. Also that data_fetch task is still not appearing as a pending task in the scheduled tasks. So we’re further forward but it still doesn’t look quite right.
Hello,
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
I can check that the stats are already present in the analytics dashboard. I have also created the missing scheduled action to fetch the data and the data fetch should work fine now and start automatically every week.
Please check and let us know if you need any other assistance.
Hi,
Thanks for your reply. Yes, I can see that the data_fetch task is now pending in the scheduled tasks, so that looks good.
I still don’t understand why the stats shown in the Rank Math analytics are so different from the Search Console ones (I understand they will be a bit different, but the difference is quite big). So we have been collecting data since 27/12/22. In Rank Math it says we have 2 search clicks, 6.67k impressions and an Avg CTR of 0.03%. In Search Console for the same time it says we have 26 clicks, 9.83k impressions and an Avg CTR of 0.3%.
However I have noticed that on the Search Console Performance report, if you list the report with the Queries tab, you do only see 2 clicks. Is this related to the difference we are seeing with the Rank Math data?
