We looked at the troubleshooting to find the error and fix the problem.
Saving works for normal pages, but not for a the custom post type ‘complaints’.
We have disabled all plugins and tried a different theme and still the error continues to occur for the custom post type.
Another website that is on the same theme, plug-ins and also has a custom post type does not contain this problem.
We would love to hear how we can fix this.
We can make a account for u so u can check the problem with us. We use the PRO version, so the service is included right?
