Analytics Email Error

    Hello,

Originally I set this account up using the [old email], but changed the email in settings a few months later. When I login to my rankmath account, I am able to access my account details and I can see that my email address is now correct: [new email] but the problem I am having is I still receive SEO Reports at my old email, and I don’t want them to go there, I want them to only go to the [new email]

    I have already:

    a) unlink my old Google Account from using SSO, via https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

I remove Rank Math from the list of Signing in options and can no longer use your Google account to login to RankMath.com

b)reconnected your website that still sends the SEO reports to your old email in WordPress dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help tab, click disconnect, and connected it again.

Despite doing these things, I still receive send failure errors to [new email] about [old email] not being able to deliver the email.

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

I’ve checked your account, and the email address is already updated in our system.

Could you please trigger again the email report (please update the link with the actual domain name)?

    https://yourdomain.com/?rank_math_analytics_report_preview=1&send=1

Once done, share the screenshot where the email is still getting failed so we can check as well. You can use this tool to upload screenshots and add the link here.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

Above is the link to the failed email. These seem to appear every time rankmath tries to send an analytics report to me. My new email is not receiving the report, all I’m getting is this failure to send to the old one.

    Hello,

We deeply apologize for the delay in response.

This error message usually appears if Gmail can’t connect to the recipient’s email server. Please try sending the email again later.

If the issue persists, then check if there are any mistakes in the email address you’ve entered.

If not, then contact the support team of the email provider or the administrator.

Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

This hasn’t fixed my issue. It is still sending to the wrong email despite me ensuring the email is correct.

    Hello,

In this case, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

We really look forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

    Hello,
