I created an account a while back with the email address in the sensitive data below. I never received or set a password for this account. Now when I try to log in, I can’t because I don’t have a password. When I try to reset the password, I do not receive a password reset email from you. If I try to create a new account using the same email address, your system says that there is already an existing account with this email address.
Now I have created another account with the second email address in the Sensitive Data below, which is the account I am now logged into. Again, when I created the account I was told to check my email for login details, and I did not receive any.
Please advise on how I can receive the password reset information for both of the addresses below in the Sensitive Data section.
