Hello,
Thanks for contacting us, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
The error is appearing on debugger tool as you don’t have any og:iamge property for the other URL, though you homepage is showing the correct image that I can see in the page source code.
Can you please try clearing your website cache and see if that fixes the issue for you? If that doesn’t fix this issue, then we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
I have deleted the cache both with WP fastest cache and on my host. The homepage is now showing the correct image but the blog post is not. https://livingtowersflkeys.com/tower-garden-maintenance
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
As I’ve been working through the SEO on other posts, I’m noticing the same thing is happening. It isn’t pulling through the correct image.
Here is another example. https://livingtowersflkeys.com/emerge-gardens
Hello,
We deeply apologize for the delay in response.
In your case, you’ve set a image with webp format for your og:image property and which is why the og:image is missing, as Facebook doesn’t advise to use webp format for og:image property. Whereas twitter:image is still appearing. Because twitter still supports webp format.
In order to resolve the issue, please make sure that the image file format you are setting for og:image property is only between jpeg, gif, or png.
Hope that helps, and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
Thank you.
Thanks. Can you update your knowledge base to include the file formats that are accepted.
