Back to your issue, I checked your site searching on Google and it seems like the cached version you’re seeing on SERPs is from 4th January 2023, which doesn’t contains the year in your title. Most likely you’ve added the year very recently. Please refer to the screencast I’ve shared in the sensitive data section.
However, please wait for Google to re-crawl your site and the correct title should be shown on SERPs right after the next crawl from Google.
