    Hello

    I’m using your plugin in my shop since many months. Today, it has disappeared by itself from my plugins. When I try to install again, I got this message “Installation échouée : Le dossier de destination existe déjà” or “Installation failed: Destination folder already exists”

    I can’t go to erase the folder manually because my redirections 301 are inside too.

    What to do ?

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    This error appears when there is already a folder named SEO by Rank Math in /wp-content/plugins/ directory of your site. Please login to the website via FTP and rename the seo-by-rank-math folder under wp-content/plugins. You won’t lose any existing settings, as the settings are saved in the database.

    Once done, please re-install the plugin.
