FAQ Schema Not Adding To Divi Accordion

    Hi Support team,

    I hope you’re well.

    I have RankMath Pro and I am trying to add FAQ Schema onto a product category page on Woocommerce.

    Using the Divi Accordion block, I’ve added questions and answers into the boxes. Within the Accordion Settings box, I scrolled down to the ‘Rank Math FAQ Schema’ section and ticked the box to enable ‘Add FAQ Schema Markup’ to this accordion.

    However, after saving the page and clearing all caches, I still cannot see the FAQ schema being added to this page.

    I have run tests on Google’s Rich Results Test tool, but it isn’t picking up the FAQpage schema. When I view the page’s source, I also don’t see the FAQpage schema present.

    On other top-level pages, this FAQ feature works for accordions. However, it appears just to be product category (Woocommerce) pages that the Rank Math FAQ schema isn’t being added.

    Please see the sensitive data section for the webpage that I am trying to add FAQ schema to.

    Hopefully, the above makes sense and I’d appreciate your help.

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    It seems like you purchased the plugin with some other email address as the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account?

    Thank you for your reply and apologies for the delays in getting back to you.

    I am investigating this issue on behalf of my client, so I don’t have access to their Rank Math account.

    I can access the Rank Math plugin via their website, which I can show you a screenshot of in the sensitive data section.

    I have updated the sensitive data with further information, please can you please check further?

    Hello,

    Please enable the addition of schema on product category pages. To do that, go to your WordPress dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Product Categories and make sure “Add SEO controls” is enabled and “Remove Snippet Data” is disabled.
