You should follow that analysis as a guide but not really strict. It is just some advice.
For example, usually, jQuery JS file is not recommended to be minified (that is why WP Rocket didn’t), because it can cause conflicts with other plugins.
The next JS, is a JS file where WP Rocket joined all your website’s JS so it is already minified.
And about that CSS, since it comes from an external server (Google) and they are just the fonts you are using in your theme, it can’t be minified (no more).
So, they are just false positives, you shouldn’t worry about them.

Thank you! Where can I check that divi uses Google Fonts? My page is done by a webdesigner in Divi.
This means that it is impossible to score 100 when using RankMath correct me if I´m wrong

You will need to ask your web designer about that.
Most of the themes use Google fonts and you must check your font settings.
With that said, you can probably ignore this failed test because it is okay to sacrifice a bit of speed for the added benefit of using Google fonts.
