I purchased new credits for the AI Rank Math to the wrong account

    How am I able to transfer credit from one account to another? I accidentally purchased the credits to the wrong email address..

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math for help with transferring your Content AI credits to a different account.

    Please may you share the invoice number for the credits you purchased as well as the email address for the account you want the credits transferred to. You can add the information in the designated “Sensitive Data” area.

    We have merged the accounts and all the purchases under one account and you should be able to see the recently purchased credits on the websites connected to the account.

    Hello,

    Please go to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account again.

    After doing this, please go to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and displays the correct one.
