Could you please take a screenshot of where you are still seeing the same results as your sitemap? You can use this tool and share the link in the sensitive data section.
Meanwhile, please make sure that your sitemap is not getting cached. Please follow these steps:
1. Ensure you’re using the latest version of your plugins/theme including the Rank Math plugins.
2. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

3. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server:

Then, resubmit your main sitemap by following the steps in this link:
https://rankmath.com/kb/submit-sitemap-to-google/
About your translated sitemap, could you please confirm if you’re using a translation plugin on your site?

It seems that Google hasn’t seen the updated meta description yet.
Please give Google some time to recrawl your entire website and see if the description in the SERP is updated.

Now the meta description is up to date after waiting for the recrawl.
Im still searching how to create the meta description for different languages.
When user is making a search for example using google.com it should return the english SERP and if user is using some other local google search it should return the SERP for that language.
Not needed for every page. Only for the main site.
