Meanwhile, if the settings are not getting saved, please try using Google Chrome or another chromium-based browser the next time you need to save those settings. We have seen this in the past happening when people were using Safari on macOS or the Firefox browser, so if you are using any of these combinations.

The link you have shared can only be accessed in your WordPress dashboard.
In this case, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
