    Hello,

    I forgot email adress for vreimobila.ro website and bought from you pro version.
    Please tell me how we can recover account.
    Another problem that we have: the module is active when we open a category to edit it appear only rank math tab. See this picture:

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account and verify it?

    As for your Rank Math meta box issue, assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    But you can’t find by domain: vreimobila.ro ?

    The domain you shared is currently connected to your Free Rank Math account. As for the email addresses you shared, they are not registered on our website. For us to locate your account you may contact FastSpring and ask about the receipt when you purchased the PRO subscription.

    Or, you can include in the sensitive data section the last 4 digits of the card you used.
