    I can’t update the changes I make in general settings because the save changes button doesn’t appear. Every time I refresh the page, I lose all the changes I’ve made before

    Can you please check whether the Rank Math plugin is updated to the latest version? If not, then update to the latest version. It would be the issue of conflict with plugin or theme if the plugin is being updated and the issue persists.

    Please use the Health check plugin so that you can find out if there are any plugin conflicts or not.
