okay, Good Morning, I’m scared though, don’t know if changing the permalink can affect the SEO rankings I only have 1028 posts on my website.

Yes, changing the permalinks or the general permalink structure of your website will affect your SEO Ranking. However, in some cases, if you have changed the permalink properly with redirections from the old URLs to the new ones, your ranking should go back to normal.
If you believe it is not necessary to change your permalinks and your posts are already ranking on the search engine, you can safely skip it.
However, if you do wish to change it for the benefit of SEO, then you can proceed. Just ensure you do it properly and establish redirections.
