rank math not fetching data

    first of all let me tell you that I’m a paid customer as i have purchased the pro version through a reseller, even if here it shows free version i have the pro version installed to the latest version i guess Version 3.0.27 the dashboard is not showing any data since a couple of weeks as far as i remember, maybe is a bit more maybe less.
    i did not touch anything except for updating plugins which i have always had, did not any plugin since many months

    I have done the procedure as showing here https://rankmath.com/kb/delete-old-analytics-data/
    I HAVE CANCELLED THE DATA as in the guide and fetch manually but it did not work so i remove permission and connected again, still not showing data
    not sure what else to do already wasted alot of time with this
    i have copied and pasted some of the data tool/scheduled actions

    We don’t have any authorized resellers so when people purchase through them they are essentially buying what it’s called a nulled version of the plugin and as such we don’t offer support for those as mentioned here: https://rankmath.com/kb/rank-math-pro-nulled/

    what i useless reply 1st of all you have the agency crap so they can install on other websites, secondly i TOLD YOU THAT I HAVE DONE THAT AND IT DID NOT WORK THIS THE WORST SUPPORT I have EVER RECEIVED FROM ANY PLUGIN

    Hello,

    The support for the paid subscriptions doesn’t extend to the users of the plugin but only to the license holders. So, if you are using this as part of an SEO offering from an agency you would need to get in touch with them to request support and they could get in touch with us via the PRO support forums asking for support for such situations.

    If you have any additional questions or request any support for the Free plugin you can open a new ticket about it.
