    Hi I have paid my subscription via paypal on the 1st December – there was a delay due to an issue in my bank and the payment was onloy paid on the 9th December but my subscripton ha sbeen downgraded to Free.
    Please see the attached proof of purchase. Thanks, Paul

    It seems like you purchased the plugin with some other email address.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com or the email address you used to purchase so we can locate your account?
