Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
The images are added under a div tag, not as an image to the content and that’s why our plugin is not adding the ALT text. For the feature to work, the images should be added using the img tag. In this case, you will have to manually add the ALT text to the images in the media library as the Elementor widget you are using is adding the images as thumbnails in the content using the div tag.
