Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.
Could you please share some of the affected URLs so we can check as well?
Meanwhile, this usually happens when the Local SEO Module in Rank Math > Dashboard is disabled. Could you please check if it is already enabled on your site?
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
I had disabled the option.
Hello,
I’ve checked the page using Google’s Rich Results test, and the logos schema which generates the error is coming from one of your plugins or active theme.
Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), to determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/
Here is a video you can follow as well: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FcIWRhcUP2c
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
Let us know how this goes.
Thank you.
I have that plugin, but the guide doesn’t explain how to catch the logo error without users knowing.
I disabled the theme and all plugins. the problem persists.
Hello,
Our troubleshooting guide cannot determine an error as it only guides you to determine what plugin/theme is causing a certain issue.
You need to contact the plugin responsible for generating that schema and ask them on how to resolve the contentURL
issue or disable their schema completely and allow our plugin to generate the schema needed instead.
Looking forward to helping you.
How do I know who to contact if with the previous method I did not find out who it was?
Hello,
After checking your URL again, I found that the extra schema may be coming from your theme:
Please contact your theme author for help removing the extra schema properties like the one in the screenshot.
Hope that helps. Please let us know if you have questions.
I don’t see the HTML code you provided.
I found what it is, but I don’t understand the error. They are the images of the games in the blue container. Those under the website logo.
Hello,
These are microdata that is currently generated by your theme and it is causing the error since the contentURL
property wasn’t provided. Kindly check with your theme provider if this can be disabled or resolved.
Looking forward to hearing back from you.
Thank you.
To remove the error I should delete the carousel. I partially fixed the problem on 80 items out of 300, but Search Console reports the error. What if I add the microdata instead, what should I do?
Hello,
We cannot assist further in solving this issue since it’s not coming from our plugin.
We already informed you this is coming from the theme and as such, you would need to get in touch with their support to get further assistance in changing the current microdata output.
Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions about our plugin.
