Title & Meta – Home Page Setting Empty

    Hi there,

    The tab for Title & Meta Section Homepage setting page is empty. It doesn’t show any field, totally blank.

    I have read somewhere else that if the site has a static page then that section should appear blank, but in our case we do not have a static page. Our homepage consists of the latest posts.

    Additionally. We used to have data there that would be what appeared on Google searches. Or when people would post our homepage URL on social media along with our logo etc. Now, none of that appears on Google searches or social media posts.

    Something must be wrong. Could you please assist?

    Hello,

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    If the issue persists, please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login in the designated Sensitive Data section.
