Problem with permalink chars counter

Hello, I have two problems :

First, since several weeks, the number of chars for the permalink is wrong. See the image for an example (66 chars in real !).

Second, i’ve just seen that the redirections don’t work anymore. When I try to add a new one, it will never appears after and it doesn’t redirect.

I have entirely reinstalled my site one month ago, and imported the saved config for your plugin, and the errors are still there.

Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

1. Rank Math will count including the protocol, domain name, and the “parent” slugs which are the year and month hence, the total is 102. So this part of the URL (https://demoisellemm.fr/2022/09/21/…) has been included in the count.

2. Please head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and try clicking on the button “Re-Create Tables”. Rank Math should attempt to recreate missing tables.

After that, please try creating new redirections again.

Thank you so much. The two problems have been resolved.
– The redirections are working again now.
– And I have removed /%day from my permalinks to get a few more chars in urls.

I think I will get the PRO version of your plugin now, because it seems to be the best available !
