Now my focus keywords get deleted when editing them and saving my page.
Using Avada themebuilder

Hello,
Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/
Please let us know if you find the culprit.
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
Looking forward to helping you.
Hello Michael,
All plugins are up to date, theme up to date and running the most recent WordPress version.
Just installed Health Check and did the first test with the theme’s.
Health Check installed. All plugins are disabled
1st check: activate Avada theme; typing in the keyword = not working. Pasting the keyword [{“value”:”Life Coaching”}], it works. The keyword remains but only with brackets.
Switching to theme Twenty Twenty: typing in the keyword = not working. Pasting the keyword [{“value”:”Life Coaching”}], it works. The keyword remains but only with brackets.
Turning of the plugin Health Check and all plugins enabled same issue as above.

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
Hi Carl,
I just logged in and saw this:
Didn’t change anything. Did you manage to fix this issue or is it appearing only in your browser? Which browser are you using?
OK Todd, very strange. Did a test on my other Mac, no problem there. Just opened Safari and no problem there. So the issue is with Google Chrome but not sure what this can be. Because on my other mac I use Google Chrome as well. So if you know of any issue regarding this, it would be welcome.
Thanks,
Carl
Todd,
Can you try and add or change a keyword. Now I am working in Safari but when I delete and add a new keyword, save the page the keyword is gone. When I paste it in like this [{“value”:”kernkwadranten”},{“value”:”daniĂ«l ofman”}] it will keep the keyword.
So the issue occurs when you change the keywords.
Carl
Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.
I can’t seem to to replicate this issue. I have attached a screen cast in the sensitive data section adding keywords on a post. Please check.
Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

Hello everyone,
I’ve been looking to solve this issue and I finally resolved it.
I cleared my browser history, cache, cookies and download history in Google Chrome. And everything runs smoothly.
It’s very strange that I had this same issue when using Yoast SEO plugin. Also in that plugin I was no longer able to add and change my focus keywords.
Thanks for your time,
Carl
Hi Carl,
