We don’t provide live chat/support of any kind for our plugin.
However, we do offer 24/7 priority support for PRO, Business and Agency users. The Business and Agency licenses’ priority support is also available to their clients, but only up to a total of 100 client websites for the Business license and 500 client websites for the Agency license.
