i lost my data and i prefer use new theme with no data such as product or page
but when i check in google search consoled no indexed tab
It shows the previous site , product tags category and ….
how i can fix this problem i mean how i can delete these from google search console

If these URLs are indeed removed from your website, you just need to wait for Google to recrawl your entire website and these URLs should be removed from the reports.
One option you can do is to make use of Google’s URL removal tool.
