I checked for different versions of your sitemap URLs and it seems like the non-WWW version of your sitemap URL is working perfectly fine, whereas the WWW version of your sitemap is having issue of 403 Forbidden error.
This is because, the WWW version of your sitemap is being blocked by Cloudflare which is throwing Error 1000: DNS points to prohibited IP.
I’ve attached a screenshot in the sensitive data section for your reference.

Had fixed the issue with cloudflare. but still its showing error on https://httpstatus.io/
but directly opening the link i am not getting the before error
also i noticed that my website seems to get 403 forbidden error for nearly all search engine bots.

Your server is blocking the bots and crawlers. you should get in touch with your host as they will be in a better position to help you fix this.
