The title for a page usually comes from your theme. In this case, I can suggest you to get in touch with the theme provider to see if they can assist you with this one.
However, to add SEO title for the Search Results Pages, please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Misc. Page > Search Results Title
