Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
We checked most of the images and they seem to be getting added to the HTML via base64 encoding which would explain why the titles you have set in your media library are not taking effect.
They are essentially not loading the images from the URL in the media library and as such our plugin is seeing the missing title and adding it to the images.
We tested this on the homepage but if you see this with the images being loaded with the same exact URL as in the media library and still seeing the title from our plugin please share that exact page with us.
Looking forward to hearing back from you.
Hello Miguel,
thank you and that makes sence…
Do you have any tip for me regarding the HTML via base64 encoding? Or should I disabled the automatic title feature at Rankmath and always being sure, to add one manually..?
Regards
Markus
Hello,
You can either disable the feature on Rank Math and add them manually one by one or you may avoid encoding the images via base64 encoding so that Rank Math can identify easily on where it needs to place the titles.
To find the culprit which is encoding the images, you may go for a plugin conflict check:

Hope that helps, and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
Thank you.
