How to Remove the Portfolio Category Base From WordPress

    Good afternoon,

    I have a personal portfolio in wordpress with your fantastic plugin. My problem is that the portfolio categories are different from the post categories. My URLs show the base category of the portfolios and I don’t know how to remove it to have shorter URLs.

    I followed the following tutorial:

    but it doesn’t work with my portfolio categories:

    https://dmarin.eu/portfolio-category/graphic-design/

    How can I fix it?

    Could you please check your WordPress > Settings > Permalinks > Category base if it’s set to a different base?

    Also, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
