RankMath fields not opening

    The RankMath settings on our products are not opening. Whenever you click on the RankMath tab, no fields appear. We haven’t had any recent changes that would have affected this and tried to rule out any potential conflicting plugins.

    Please ensure that you are using the latest version of Rank Math plugin. If not yet, please do update them. You may refer to our changelog page here: https://rankmath.com/changelog/

    We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

    It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    I’ve gone through several troubleshooting steps and haven’t been able to get the RankMath field to open. Here’s an image of what the field looks like when you try to open it https://drive.google.com/file/d/1RJWNOLKpRI5sGCrw66bIrSwUclDSWtsb/view?usp=share_link

    There’s a small grey bar that appears underneath like it’s trying to open. We’re having the same thing happen on the Rank Math Content AI field.
