Pro Subscription Expired

    Hello,
    I have had a PRO subscription for a year for our non-profit 501c3. I tried to update to the newest version on 2 different websites and received the same error on both sites. I logged into my RankMath account on the website and it looks like the Pro subscription has expired earlier this month.
    I did not receive any notification about the expiration.

    Since our PRO version was given to us at no cost, due to our non-profit status, is this something that can be renewed again at no cost or will this require payment now?
    Your product has been fantastic for us and I tell everyone to move from other SEO tools to RankMath instead!

    Thanks for contacting the support.

    Unfortunately, we can only provide one time free PRO subscription to Non-Profits. But you can always use the free version for as long as you like. Then, consider the PRO when it makes more sense.

    The settings you have saved while in the PRO will still be intact.

    Everything gets safely stored in your WordPress database and transferred over to the Free version of the plugin. But, the features that are available in the paid/higher plans won’t be accessible afterward. All information you added to your content while on the PRO will remain and activates back as soon as your subscription becomes active again.

    For example, with the PRO you can add Multiple Schemas, if you have a page with 2 Schemas they will remain there, but you won’t be able to add more.
