On our site Profnews.nl ALL outgoing links are set to no-follow. This happened overnight. We have deactivated and reactivated all plugins. Nothing helps.
We have disabled and enabled the no-follow option in your plugin several times. This also doesn’t work.
We also switched themes several times. This also does not help.
When we copy the complete site to a test environment (https://test.dbsw-travel.nl/) we do not have the problem. While here the same plugins and theme are activated. So it doesn’t seem to be plugin or theme related.
Do you have an idea what could be causing this?

Could you please confirm if the issue still persists if you deactivate Rank Math on your live site?
All of your settings and data are saved in your database so there shouldn’t be any data loss upon doing so.
If the nofollow attribute is not getting added when Rank Math is disabled, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
