Fixed – however the download link for pro is not in my dashboard. I had to go find my receipt and download from there. Is this normal?

Yes, if you have bought the subscription using a different email address, then you may need to log in using that account to use the Rank Math PRO.
Alternatively, we can merge the accounts so you can consolidate all of them into a single account.
