Assigning Content AI Credits to a Client site

    Hi,

    I purchased Content AI credits to be used on a client’s website, but the client has a different Rank Math account already. In other words, my account has the Content AI credits, but our account is not “connected” to their website and their website does not show up under “connected websites” in the general settings of my account.

    Is there any way to transfer these over to their Rank Math account? Or, how would we “connect” their website to our Rank Math account so that we can assign our Content AI credits to their website?

    If you wanted to connect the website to your current account, please follow the steps in this link:

    We can also transfer the content ai credits to your client’s account. To do that, please provide the username/email address of their account in the sensitive data section.
