Pro version for multiple websites

    Hello,
    A few months ago I subscribed to your $59 Pro version for a website I am in the process of creating. That website is HealthyFroggy.com. I am now in the process of creating a new WP site HerWeightLoss.com. I checked my RankMath “account details” on the plug-in installed on each website and they appear to be the same. However, the Pro version is not showing up on my second website being created.
    I am sure that I am doing something incorrect on my end.
    I was under the impression that I can use the Pro version on multiple websites. Please advise. Thank you so very much.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    The Rank Math PRO subscription was applied to your Hotmail email address in the sensitive data section.

    Please use that email address to log in so you can download and install the Rank Math PRO plugin on your new site.

    Once done, you may need to reconnect the website to your paid Rank Math account.
