The images on Google SERPs are not controlled via the Schema markup or any plugin, but rather they are taken directly from your page when Google thinks it’s beneficial for the user to show those and it mostly depends on the keyword search term and the website authority.
However, you can try to add relevant ALT text to the image and see if that helps.
