    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    For initial troubleshooting steps, first, you will need to enable the Content AI module in Rank Math. Here is a guide that can assist you: https://rankmath.com/kb/how-to-use-content-ai/#enable-content-ai

    If you already enabled the module and you still can’t use the credits, please head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and re-connect your account.

    You may also head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and displays the correct one.
