We have merged both accounts under the preferred email address and you can use this one to use all the credits in the account.
If you don’t immediately see the credits on the websites, please head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account to fix the issue.
