If the cache date is from before adding the new meta description, then you just have to wait for Google to re-crawl and re-index the page with your new updated meta title and description.

but why google has changed title and description from english to german ?
I have already checked meta description and it is in English. But then why google is showing all the information in German ?

Google sometimes ignores the custom meta info altogether and shows something from the page’s content that matches the search intent better.
As my colleague explained above, there’s an image with a german description from Google’s cache which was shown in your content.
