The Discovered URLs 0 that you see in Google Search Console just means that the URLs in the sitemap were already found by Googlebot by other means, instead of via the sitemap. For example, Googlebot may have found the URLs from internal links or possibly from links on another site.

and what about no index found on the sitemap, cause i know that two months ago have more then 1500 index pages, how come it is now zero – no indexed page at all

I can check you have enabled Yoast on your site. Please note that sitemaps are not supposed to be indexed in the SERPs and that’s why they are set as Noindex. You should only submit your sitemap in the sitemap section and shouldn’t use the URL inspection tool as it will show the Noindex message.
And you can check that the latest URL of your site is already indexed in the SERPs. It means Google is discovering your URLs from internal linking or some other means and that’s why the discovered URLs in the sitemap section are zero.
