Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
As you research for any focus keyword, Rank Math takes the input and sends the request to our AI server. Our server collects the data from various sources using proprietary algorithms and uses our own AI to offer more relevant suggestions such as how many words, headings, links, and media you should be using in your content based on what is currently ranking for that keyword.
Content AI should be used just to guide you. Feel free not to follow all the metrics but instead focus to have great content. https://rankmath.com/kb/how-to-use-content-ai/
And we are constantly working on improving our plugin including the content AI module. We have taken note of your feedback and will consider it while adding more features to the module.
Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
Yes but the problem is the guidance is completely wrong. If I’m doing work for a painting company I don’t want to be guided to write about Mona Lisa.
Hello,
Can you please share the specific keyword you are using and a screenshot of the Content AI test from your end so we can take a closer look at it?
You may upload your screenshot using this tool https://imgbb.com and share the URL here.
Looking forward to helping you with this one.
That wouldn’t help you help me I don’t think. It’s just a standard house painting service page and Content AI is giving me no option to exclude the art type painting keywords. It makes the tool only slightly useful and I have to go for an alternative content improvement tool because of it. It gives wrong recommendations and scores since it wants me to include things like “painters in history”, “painting on canvas” type keywords. I used to use surfer and at least they let me take out the irrelevant websites where it was pulling info from. The sites were high DA but not related to house painting services. Like wikipedia painting pages, definion sites, art sites etc.
Hello,
Thank you for your patience and valuable insight in using the Content AI tool.
We suggest adjusting your keywords to be more specific. For example, I Googled “painter” and the results page had a mixture of results, including both definitions of “painter” at the top of the page. You can use Google in the same way to test out keywords before entering them into the content AI tool to get better results in cases where your keyword has mixed meanings.
Hope that helps. Please let us know if you have questions.
