this page. but not working and When I contacted the Cloudways web hosting company, I received the following answer.

I checked for the noidex tags in the files and it seems like there are a lot of files having that field which is stopping the Google search console to detect the sitemap.

As much as I’d love to help here, application level changes are out of scope for us since this requires a developer to look into the coding of the files and then make the changes accordingly.

    What should I do?

  • Hello,

Thanks for contacting us, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

The noindex tag is added to the sitemaps on purpose, and you shouldnโ€™t be worried about that, as itโ€™s completely fine and absolutely normal to have noindex tag on your sitemap. The sitemaps, by default, are set to noindex so that it doesn’t get indexed and appear in the search results.

Please be advised that, the sitemap should only be submitted in the sitemaps sections in the Search Console.

Hope that helps, and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

    Thank you.

The Google Search Console sitemap tab displays the imposable to bring. I am using the Rank Math plug-in and I made the following site map address in the Rank Math plug-in.

    https:/site address/sitemap_index.xml

If you put it in Google Search Console according to this address, the Impossible to Bring will appear for several days

Is it normal that I can’t get a site map from Google Search Console?

I checked the link you sent me. I checked all 6 points, but only 5.2 Ensure Sitemap is Accessible contents are different.

I’m attaching the image, so please check it

    image link : https://ibb.co/KFKw07h

According to the content of 5.2, only one of the 4 variations should show a 200 status code. The 3 remaining ones should show 301. It’s not mine. Is it because of the problem?

All other settings are correct, but the site map cannot be registered in the Google Search Console, so please check.

    Hello,

You have used the Rank Math site as an example instead of your actual website.

Please check all of your website sitemap versions here https://httpstatus.io. You can also share the affected sitemap URL so we can check.

Let us know how this goes.

    Thank you.

    It’s normal. I don’t know why not.

    check my img
    img : https://ibb.co/sqB1KN1

    https://mysite/sitemap_index.xml = ok
    https://mysite/sitemap_index.xml = ok
    https://www.mysite.index.xml = not ok

Robots.txt is correct, the site is allowed, and the site map address is correct, but I don’t know why it only shows that I can’t get it from Google Search Console.

    Hello,

Can you please share the sitemap URL with us in the sensitive data section? So that we can investigate the issue further for you.

Also, please share with us a screenshot of the error on sitemap section of GSC. using a tool like imgbb.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Please submit the following alternative URL for your sitemap into Google Search Console: https://yoursite.com/?sitemap=1. I have included the correct alternative sitemap URL in the sensitive data area.

Hope that helps. Please let us know if you have questions.

There was nothing wrong with this originally. There’s nothing wrong with it, but I’m contacting you because I can’t submit the site map to gsc, what are you talking about? Are you answering after reading all my posts?

    Hello,

Since Google is not able to fetch the sitemap_index.xml URL, please remove it and try submitting the ?sitemap=1 URL in your GSC account and check if that resolves the issue.

If the issue persists, please click on the sitemap name in the GSC’s sitemap section and share the screenshot of the detailed error so we can check and assist you further.

    Looking forward to helping you.
