Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
To fix this issue, please head over to Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Global Meta tab > Advance Robots Meta and ensure that the settings are similar to the ones from your previous website, then save the changes.
If the issue persists, please share with us login credentials in the sensitive section so that we can have a closer look and advice.
And to fix the database table error, please navigate to WP Dashboard> Rank Math > Dashboard > Status & Tools > Database Tools and Recreate Missing Database Tables.
Looking forward to helping you.
Hello,
I followed the steps given but the error persists: Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/customer/www/xyz.io/public_html/wp-content/plugins/seo-by-rank-math/includes/frontend/paper/class-paper.php on line 526
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
Upon attempting to log in to your admin dashboard, we can’t seem to find any barcode for us to add the site in our authenticator app. We are prompted to enter the authentication code.
Can you please share the steps to login into your dashboard?
You may also temporarily disable the 2FA so our team can access the dashboard.
Looking forward to helping you with this one.
FYI: The error message does not show-up for glossary definitions, when doing site searches, or on my articles page: https://xyz.io/web3-articles/
2FA disabled per your request & I checked your login. THANK YOU for looking into this.
Hello,
I’ve checked your site, and it seems that you have set the Snippet and Video Preview to 1 instead of “-1” in Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Global Meta. Please refer to the screenshot attached in the sensitive data section for your reference.
However, I’ve updated it to fix the Invalid argument warning issue. Here’s a link for more information as well about setting those values on your site:
https://rankmath.com/kb/titles-and-meta/#advanced-robots-meta
Hope that helps.
Thank you.
Unfortunately, setting advanced robots to -1 did not work. I tried clearing caches, using different devices, & browsers.
Hello,
I set the Max Snippet value for Advanced Robots Meta in the Advanced tab of the meta box for some pages and the issue was resolved. You will have to edit the pages and do it for each affected page to fix the issue.
Hope that helps. Let us know if you need any other assistance.
Ok looks like that was the fix. THANK YOU!
For anyone else with this migration problem >
1. On each WordPress page/post edit screen scroll down to RankMath settings
2. Remove the schema
3. Apply -1 to the Robots Meta & -1 to Advanced Robots Meta both on the Advanced screen
Hello,
Glad that helped and thank you for your feedback. We have sent your suggestion to the relevant team.
Please feel free to reach out to us again in case you need any other assistance.
We are here to help.
Thank you.
