Admin Email Didn’t Change Email Alerts or Logins

    Hello,

    Originally I set this account up using the [old email], but changed the email in settings a few months later. When I login to my rankmath account, I am able to access my account details and I can see that my email address is now correct: [new email] but the problem I am having is two fold:

    a) the gmail account still logs me in
    b) I still receive SEO Reports at my old email, and I don’t want them to go there, I want them to only go to the [new email]

    Can you help fix this?

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    I’ve checked your account, and indeed your new email address is already set. In this case, please follow these steps for initial troubleshooting:

    a) To unlink your Google Account from using SSO, head over to your Google account permission and remove your Google login from here: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

    You can remove Rank Math from the list of Signing in options and then you can no longer use your Google account to login to RankMath.com

    b) Please reconnect your website/s that still sends the SEO reports to your old email. Head over to its WordPress dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help tab, click disconnect, and connect it again.
