Setting noindex in bulk to your category pages is a PRO feature and it seems you have created this ticket using your Free account. Can you please share the email address you used to purchase the PRO subscription so we can verify it first?

befor rank math i have used YOAST and in the yoast in free version you can noindex categories in bulk so i switched to rank math and rank math imported the setting of yoast so the setting transformed . so now i have free rank math wiche the noindex tag category in bulk is active.
how can i solve the problem?

Meanwhile, you can follow the steps in this link to check for plugin/theme conflicts on your site which prevent Rank Math to change the robots meta tag:
