Those URLs doesn’t seem as duplicates since they are just the same page with different parameters (everything after the ‘?’ are parameters) so you shouldn’t be worried, they are just one page so Google shouldn’t penalize you for duplicated content.
Also, you can upload screenshots by uploading them somewhere (like https://imgur.com/) and adding the URL to the Sensitive Data section.

I also want to add that we add proper canonical tags to your pages to tell Google exactly what the correct place to index is. This avoid duplicate content issues further.
