The only slow query I get when running a test post is this:

For this example, the box actually loaded after a few seconds, which is better thankfully than some of the times it still doesn’t load over the course of minutes.

I’ve tried testing some of the posts and created a draft post as well, but I’m unable to replicate the issue.
Could you please confirm if there’s a specific post/page we can test to investigate the issue further?
Meanwhile, the staging site’s PHP Memory limit is only 256M. Please check your live site’s PHP values which are too low. You can get in touch with your web host and ask them to set the following values:
PHP Memory Limit: 512M
Max input time: 150
PHP time limit: 120
PHP max input variables: 1000

I chatted with my host and received the following response:
“Your PHP Memory Limit would be 256M on both live and staging, unfortunately we are not able to increase that limit. Max Input Time is set to 300, PHP time limit is set to 300, Max input vars is set to 10000.”
I will update the sensitive data with an example of a published post that when opened takes a very long time to load the RankMath box on my end.

We tried enabling troubleshooting mode on your staging websites and if we only enable the plugin Rank Math, Classic Editor and the theme Kadance, the Rank Math metabox loads right away.
There may be some plugins that is causing this slow down to our plugin, to further determine that, you may refer to our guide here: https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

I just tried the same thing–enabling Troubleshooting Mode on my computer in the staging site.
I used the default 2023 theme and enabled only RankMath and the Classic Editor. I still get the issue. (I will put a Loom video in the Sensitive Data section showing the problem still persisting.)
When I disable the Classic Editor plugin, though, the SEO box loads immediately in the block editor.
I have trialed disabling Classic Editor on my live site, and indeed, I don’t have issues with the RankMath box not loading in the block editor. This leads me to believe there is a conflict between RankMath and using the classic editor?

I wasn’t able to replicate the issue on your site. The meta box is currently working fine even when Classic Editor is enabled:
